To nurture a love for being active while instilling healthy habits at an early age, Pre-nursery organized a Fitness Week from October 9 to 13, 2023. It entailed a variety of activities and initiatives designed to encourage students to lead a healthy lifestyle. The week began with energetic aerobics sessions, where the tiny tots jumped and danced to lively music, improving their coordination and stamina. They giggled and laughed while attempting yoga poses and meditation, learning to find balance and inner peace. The young learners also participated in animal races and drill exercises, marching in unison and following commands with discipline. Overall, Fitness Week was an exciting journey for our young learners, leaving them with valuable physical and mental lessons to lead healthier lives.
