Welcome Assembly Themed on ‘Earth Day’

“Let’s celebrate light, not pollution – and let our diyas shine for a greener tomorrow.”

DPS, GBN celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2025 during the morning assembly hosted by Grade IX Students, with great enthusiasm in the school auditorium. The event promoted environmental awareness and sustainability, beginning with the Principal, Ms Supriti Chauhan, planting a tree sapling. The assembly featured a choir performance, a thought-provoking Nukkad Natak, an impactful speech, an engaging Earth Day quiz, and a captivating dance performance. The inspiring speech delivered by the Senior-Wing Coordinator, Ms Anjali Sharma, emphasized individual actions in protecting the planet. The event concluded with a renewed commitment to sustainability, fostering a sense of responsibility among Students. The assembly was a resounding success.
