D’Angelo\n \nThe K2 students at DPS-GBN celebrated an exciting Summer Party with the theme “Beachy Breezy Bash” on May 8\, 2025\, filled with engaging and creative activities. The highlight of the day was the lemonade stall\, where students made and sold lemonade using play money\, and learned about money management and teamwork. Children also participated in a variety of craft activities\, creating summer-themed takeaways. The school echoed with laughter as the students enjoyed musical games\, dancing\, and bubble and sand play. This celebration of summer\, creativity\, and friendship left everyone with cherished memories.

DESCRIPTION:Grades Nursery & Early Buds Summer Party \n“A summer’s day is a symphony of warmth\, light\, and the sweet scent of freedom.” \n—William Shakespeare \n\nOur Early Buds and Nursery students had the joyful experience of the Summer Party and Yellow Colour Day held on May 8\, 2025. On the bright and cheerful summer morning\, the children arrived with excitement\, dressed in their favourite summer outfits\, wearing wide-brimmed hats and sunglasses. The students enjoyed colouring lemon-themed sheets\, singing songs\, and playing games like “Throw the Ball” and “Relay Race.” \nCreating a lively summer atmosphere\, the corridors were beautifully decorated with colourful crafts\, paper suns\, and streamers. The lemonade activity was the most interesting activity of the day\, as the children enjoyed making and drinking this healthy drink.

They learned keyboard usage through an interactive typing game\, developing skills and confidence. With great enthusiasm\, our little tech explorers unleashed their imaginations in Tux Paint\, creating vibrant scenes using a variety of shapes. They also discovered how to change backgrounds within the program\, adding depth and creativity to their digital artwork. To keep the excitement alive\, students participated in engaging puzzle games and an adventurous treasure hunt\, making learning a thrilling and memorable experience from start to finish.
