In a life persistently driven by chaotic schedules, leading a balanced life has become a luxury for most of us. We are stuck between what to pick and what to leave from our ever-growing to-do lists. This has turned into a sign of the crumbling boat we are all sailing in. But rather than grudging over it, what can we do to alleviate the daily regrets that knock on our door every night at bedtime?

The answer is just one word but the approach to it requires a systematic collection of determination, habits, and consistency. In today’s fast-paced world, we’re forgetting that if we don’t cultivate the right habits, this world may eventually turn hostile for us.

Habits – The transport that drives us into our future.

A single word, but a series of players are required to stem it into our lives. It begins with determination, wrapped in a strong will to enlist what we truly want to achieve. Then come the small, deliberate steps- baby steps that pave the way. These steps evolve into a daily routine, stitched together by a collection of habits we need to tie into our day. That’s the cycle of habits.

These habits should be tick-marked through the following core aspects:

a) Carving a health chart – With clarity on things to avoid and things that deserve more attention.

b) Regulating the sleep cycle – By setting an alarm of passions, along with gentle penalties for not sticking to it.

c) Creating a balanced study plan – One that includes sufficient breaks and focuses on weaker sections, not just strengths.

d) Allocating detox time – When screens are locked away to unlock the hushed sounds of nature and the warmth of family.

e) Embracing the extra-curricular stage – A platform where hobbies bloom without interruption.

f) Conversations with the Creator – A time dedicated to energizing your soul and absorbing the rays that make her grow.

This soft skill is not a mere theory, it needs motivation, storytelling, practical implementation, guidance, and an education that connects with both body and soul. But books alone aren’t enough for that. This is where mentors step in as the main characters in the student journey.

That’s how we envision the future of our students not one shaped only by bookish vision, but a real, living vision that no one else can purchase for them. A life they build through habits, effort, and soulful learning.
