On August 19th and 21st, Grade 2 students at DPS-GBN participated in the vibrant \u2018Back to the Roots\u2019 competition to celebrate India\u2019s rich cultural diversity. Children expressed themselves through various engaging performances, including speeches, traditional songs, dances, and small acts (short skits). Each performance reflected their native traditions, helping them connect with their roots and appreciate different cultures. The event also aligned with the NEP, focusing on experiential learning. It was a joyful celebration that showcased talent, creativity, and the beauty of traditions while teaching the importance of respecting and valuing one\u2019s cultural heritage. The event left everyone with smiles and a deeper connection to their roots.<\/p>\n
