On October 16, 2024, our little munchkins of Early Buds celebrated World Food Day with a fun and educational \u201cGoodie Foodie\u201d activity. Our little chefs had an exciting time creating nutritious Yogurt Parfaits combining yogurt, fresh fruits, and granola. This hands-on experience not only delighted their taste buds but also instilled the importance of healthy eating habits. The activity aimed to teach children how healthy food choices contribute to their growth and overall well-being. As they mixed and layered their parfaits, the tiny tots learned about the benefits of fruits and yogurt, reinforcing the idea that healthy eating can be enjoyable and fun.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
