An interactive session with the Principal, Ms Supriti Chauhan was held on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Tagore Auditorium. The session was convened to provide crucial instructions and guidance regarding the upcoming Board Examinations.<\/p>\n

Principal Ms. Supriti Chauhan highlighted the significance of alertness and preparedness during this critical academic phase. Students were advised to maintain a disciplined study schedule, manage their time effectively, and remain attentive to examination guidelines to ensure smooth conduct and success.<\/p>\n

In addition to academic readiness, the session emphasised the importance of wellbeing and mental balance. The speaker encouraged students to practise effective stress-management techniques, maintain a positive outlook, and seek support whenever needed. The significance of emotional resilience in achieving peak performance was highlighted, reminding students that a calm, focused, and balanced mind is essential for success.<\/p>\n

Equally important was the discussion on physical awareness and health. Students were advised to adopt healthy lifestyle habits such as proper sleep, balanced nutrition, and regular physical activity.<\/p>\n
